About The Role


As an IoT Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Internet of Things (IoT) applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, hardware engineers, and product managers to bring IoT solutions from concept to reality. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, architecting IoT solutions, coding, testing, and debugging applications, etc.


Your Responsibilities

  • Build and test IoT microservices to support APIs, MQTT topics, and business logic.
  • Provide expertise and guidance for Cloud solutions to product, firmware, and mobile teams.
  • Provide support to software design, and implementation of software components related to our IoT connected products.
  • Utilize efficient and compact software to balance tradeoffs spanning the cloud, device firmware, connected applications, and other backend systems.

Who We Are Looking For


  • Experience in IoT/Cloud-based projects, architecting, design, and developing solutions.
  • Experience with IoT devices and Platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IoT solutions, having built or been part of a team that delivered an IoT solution
  • Practical experience developing in scripting languages (e.g., Python or Shell).
  • Expert knowledge and deep experience in AWS technologies.
  • Expert with communication protocols such as MQTT
  • Sound and proven decision-making skills to influence the technology choice and implementation methodologies
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or others with equivalent experience.
