*Roles and Responsibilities

As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for:-

Discussing all the aspects of the wedding with the bride and groom and guiding their decision-making process.
Preparing an accurate budget for the wedding in the most efficient manner.
Suggesting locations, decoration, photographers, caterers, etc.
As an ideal candidate, you should be able to source vendors, obtain quotes from vendors, and maintain a good relationship with them
Identifying client's needs & requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of Eternal Weddingz & the services we provide.
Staying up to date with innovative trends in the wedding industry
Achieving sales targets
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Build & maintain strong client & business relationships
Handle the execution of events.
Handle client visits at properties and events.

Applicants from Mumbai will be preferred as the interview will be an offline process

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, design, or a related field. Hospitality Background would be a huge plus
3+ years experience in Wedding planning, execution, client handling, and Sales.
Strong understanding of various cultures and their wedding customs.
Proven track of successful wedding planning or event management projects.
Customer obsession & excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving abilities in stressful situations.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
