Role OverviewAbout the PositionWe are seeking a Software Development Expert to join our team.This team focuses on designing and scaling foundational systems that power AI-driven products, including secure authentication and configuration engines, logging services, feature management, and real-time orchestration.You'll work with experienced engineers to build high-performance backend systems essential for uptime, compliance, and scalability across the company.This is a hands-on role suitable for skilled engineers looking to grow their impact while working on production infrastructure used by every product team.Design, develop, and optimize scalable microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs for conversational AI platforms, ensuring high availability, low latency, and seamless integration with products and partner ecosystems.Implement and maintain complex workflows using event-driven architectures, leveraging technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SNS/SQS, to support real-time conversational AI interactions and data processing.Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Proficiency: 7-10 years of experience in building and delivering complex technical products.Scalable Systems Design: Extensive experience with distributed systems, low-latency applications, and microservices.Real-Time Experience: Proven track record with real-time interactions, leveraging technologies such as web sockets, long-polling, and server-sent events to create responsive, real-time applications.Security & Data Protection: Hands-on experience implementing security and data protection measures.Problem-Solving Mindset: You approach challenges with creativity and tenacity, always looking for effective, innovative solutions.Best Practices Advocate: Strong advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing.
