About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Expert to spearhead our team's efforts in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in shaping business outcomes through strategic architecture, cloud native design, and effective stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities:Current State Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of our current systems, identify pain points, and develop targeted solutions.Solution Development: Design and implement end-to-end architectural views, processes, and solutions that drive business value and align with our overall strategy.Roadmap Options Evaluation: Develop and evaluate different roadmap options, analyzing their feasibility and potential impact on our business.Deliverables: Create high-level solution designs (HLSD) that cover conceptual, logical, and physical architecture, including non-functional requirements, data models, dependencies, and risks.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strategic Architecture**: Proficient in defining target state architecture and high-level design for assigned scopes based on business outcomes and aligned with our strategy.Cloud Native Architecture**: Experienced in Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices design patterns, API design, Event-Driven Architecture, and Database concepts.Stakeholder Management**: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functional areas, domains, and geographies to define strategic architecture.Business Acumen**: Strong understanding of commercial banking experience, industry architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), and global regulatory frameworks.Communication and Negotiation Skills**: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and deliver results.Preferred Qualifications:Industry Experience**: Preferably 8-13 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in commercial banking and knowledge of payments and core banking platforms.
