Job OverviewKLDiscovery is currently seeking a skilled Hosting Data Analyst/Litigation Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a team that works collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.Key Responsibilities:Extract, transform, and load data to hosted platforms via custom plugins or flat filesSupport customers through superior customer service, including technical assistance via telephone, email, and screen-shares on various tasks/requestsAccount creation, sending invitations to end-users, and following up on requests as neededDatabase creation and establishing permissions for customer use prior to providing credentialsInvestigating client inquiries on matters concerning printing, search results, and technical issuesManaging internal tasks while adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs)Requirements:Bachelor's degree and at least three years of professional experienceStrong knowledge of E-Discovery tools, particularly RelativityMicrosoft Office skills, specifically ExcelAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyCritical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work directionHigh technical aptitude or ability to learn quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWhy Work for Us?We value our employees and their families by prioritizing their wellbeing.
