Job Overview:As an Ayurvedic Doctor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care through personalized virtual consultations. With empathy and professionalism, you will ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our patients throughout their healthcare journey.You will proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to check treatment progress, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.Taking ownership of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) defined by your manager, including targets for call attempts and completed consultation calls each day.You will consistently follow established communication and script guidelines during all customer interactions, ensuring a high-empathy experience.Conduct detailed consultations, gather patient history, diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles.Develop and implement personalized care plans, adjust treatments as necessary, and counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices.Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.Maintain precise documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups.Escalate complex cases to specialists when required.Requirements and Qualifications:A BAMS degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.Valid medical registration/license if applicable.
