DescriptionWorking within our property and buildings proposals team you will be:Providing administrative and co-ordination support to support production of responses at all stages of the work wining process, including RFI's, tenders and presentations. Supporting pre-bid planning activitiesWorking with bid teams to apply WSP's Business Management System and work winning processes across planning and production applying best practice at all stages.Increase variety and access to "off the shelf" collateral for everyone in SBU engaging with knowledge management systems as appropriate.Support reporting/analysis/compliance on pipeline, sector, competitor trendsQualificationsThe successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual. We want someone who is well organised, focussed and adaptable as this role needs a person who can switch easily between planned, routine activities and urgent, reactive ones. You should have:A degree level qualification in an appropriate subject.  Our preference is for candidates with an English degree but other subjects that require the assimilation and communication of information such as history, marketing and journalism or similar will be considered. Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office software and desktop publishing software (Adobe In Design)Experience of team working as an effective team member Excellent command of written and verbal English  Personal AttributesGood communication and interpersonal skillsTeamwork ethicAttention to detailFlexibility and adaptabilityHigh degree of self-motivation and ability to motivate others Ability to work under pressure and with minimum of supervisionOrganisation, prioritising and managing multiple commitmentsRespect for deadlines and achieve targeted results whilst working individually Confident in dealing with senior staffSelf-motivated and initiative
