We are looking for an experienced Junior Civil Engineer (MIVAN) to join our team. This role involves working on MIVAN formwork systems for the construction of concrete structures, particularly for high-rise buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIVAN formwork and be responsible for overseeing the deployment and efficient usage of the formwork system at construction sites.


Key Responsibilities:
  • MIVAN Formwork Deployment: Plan and oversee the deployment of the MIVAN formwork system, ensuring the formwork is installed correctly, efficiently, and safely.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the installation, use, and removal of MIVAN formwork on-site, ensuring that project timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure the formwork system integrates seamlessly with the overall construction plan.
  • Material Management: Ensure that all necessary materials for the MIVAN formwork system are procured, delivered, and stored appropriately on-site.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the formwork system to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Training and Support: Provide on-site training to workers and contractors on the correct usage of MIVAN formwork and ensure proper safety measures are in place.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues related to the formwork system, ensuring smooth operations during construction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports on the progress of formwork installation, highlight any issues encountered, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Cost Management: Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for MIVAN formwork-related activities, including material procurement and labor costs.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols related to the MIVAN formwork system to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of workers.


Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the deployment and management of MIVAN formwork systems in large-scale construction projects, particularly in high-rise buildings or infrastructure.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of MIVAN formwork technology, its installation, and operational techniques.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
  • Familiarity with structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent site management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or other construction-related software.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and resolve site-specific issues efficiently.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with other formwork systems and technologies.
  • Exposure to high-rise building construction and large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Certification in construction safety or formwork systems (e.g., MIVAN formwork training).

Employees have to visit the Mumbai office every 15 days or email them about the work report.
