Software Engineer PositionThe ideal candidate will have expertise in software development lifecycle and should have experience in designing, developing, testing and maintaining high-quality code.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our software applications.The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting user requirements, designing and modifying software applications, participating in software validation processes, leading and managing projects, creating software applications following the software development lifecycle, communicating with team members, providing end-user support, and utilizing skills in development areas including object-oriented programming, databases, MVC, Entity Framework, and web applications.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field;At least 4 years of software development experience using MVC, Angular, Bootstrap, Web API, SPAs, Webservices, C#, HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Entity Framework, TFS, GIT, relational database, software development life cycle (SDLC), software release management;Prior experience modernizing systems is a plus;Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills;Excellent computer skills, especially a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze user requirements to identify project needs and objectives.Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.Participate in software validation processes through review, execution, and/or modification of test plans/cases/scripts.Lead and manage projects for one or multiple software applications or developments.Create software applications by following the software development lifecycle, which includes requirements gathering, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.Communicate with team members regarding projects, development, tools, and procedures.Provide end-user support including setup, installation, and maintenance for applications released.Working EnvironmentWe offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.Opportunities to lead software development projects.
