Role: Opcenter Specialist/Developer We are seeking a Siemens Opcenter Specialist with strong experience in integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM. Key Responsibilities • Implement, configure, and maintain Siemens Opcenter solutions. • Ensure seamless integration with PLM (Teamcenter) and ERP (SAP PLM) systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable: • Efficient data flow • Streamlined operations • Improved decision-making ________________________________________ Must-Have Skills • Hands-on experience with: • Teamcenter and SAP PLM integration technologies • Web services, APIs, and middleware • Strong understanding of: • Manufacturing operations • LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) • CALVIN (lab workflow and data validation) • Quality Management • PLM and ERP (SAP) Core Skill Set • Opcenter Modules: • MES (Manufacturing Execution System) • APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) • QM (Quality Management) • Manufacturing Intelligence • Opcenter RD&L • Configuration & Customization: • Ability to configure Opcenter to meet business and manufacturing needs • Workflow customization • Integration Expertise: • APIs and integration of Opcenter with Teamcenter • Integration with SAP PLM (materials, BOM, work orders) • Middleware solutions: ESB, SOAP/REST APIs, XML • Data Management: • Data mapping and transformation between Opcenter, Teamcenter, and SAP PLM • Development & Customization: • Software development for system extensions • Proficiency in Java, C#, SQL, and scripting languages • System Architecture: • Understanding of MBOM and PBOM • Deployment strategies for cloud and on-premises environments • Tools & Platforms: • JIRA and Confluence • Other Competencies: • Manufacturing process optimization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
