Specialist system Engineer-Printing Technologies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Printer Administration with Canon Uniflow, Pull Printing & Push printing knowledge.
Candidate with 4-8 years’ experience in Print Server administration & Configuration, Resolution, Client troubleshooting and Fixing Printing related issues.
Role Description:
- Operation of the Canon UNIFLOW solution
- Knowledge of Pull printing solution, PUSH printing and Windows server 2016 & above
- Architecture of the Printing infrastructure.
- Monitoring, Patches, or the upgrade of version of the Print solution
- Monitoring Printing Infra & printing services and remediations.
- Printer Queue management
- Must have experience in server build & configuration of Printing Applications\solutions.
- Study, learn & Implement new Printing solution.
- Migration of Existing Printing Infra to new Printing solution (Cloud, Uniflow etc..)
- Incident & change management for Printing Activity.
- Responsible for handling Incident and Request Management. Participate in Change and Problem Management.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Documentation skills.
Good to Have Skills:
- Windows Server 2016/2019 administration
- Automation / scripting skills.
- ITIL Foundation
