Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Rohini, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM IST



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, identify, and hire top-tier talent in the tech industry. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding exceptional candidates who align with our company values and vision.



Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Outreach:

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including , job boards, tech forums, and social media, to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.



Candidate Screening:

  • Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.



Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with department heads to understand technical role requirements and expectations.
  • Provide hiring managers with timely updates and expert guidance on recruitment strategies.



Recruitment Process Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.



Market Research & Employer Branding:

  • Stay updated on tech industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, events, and tech community engagement.



Reporting and Metrics:

  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Prepare reports to showcase hiring progress and challenges to stakeholders.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) as a technical recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and IT tools.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.
