Job Opportunity: Oracle HFM Financial AnalystWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and support of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications.### Key Responsibilities:• Design and build Oracle HFM applications, including metadata, rules, data forms, and reports.• Develop and maintain HFM integration with source systems, such as FDMEE and ODI.• Perform data load automation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.• Collaborate with finance teams to understand consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes.• Implement and support HFM workflows, consolidation rules, and reporting hierarchies.• Develop custom scripts, rules files, and calculation logic to support business needs.• Provide production support, enhancements, and upgrades for HFM and related EPM components.• Document system design, configurations, and support procedures.### Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.• 2-5 years of experience in Oracle HFM implementation and support.• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reporting cycles.• Hands-on experience with metadata management, data loads, Smart View, and HFM rules development.• Experience with FDMEE, ODI, or other ETL/integration tools.### Benefits:• Work on diverse and challenging Oracle EPM projects.• Opportunity to expand into functional and cloud EPM roles.• Collaborative team environment with learning and growth opportunities.
