Financial Analyst PositionWe are seeking an experienced NetSuite Financial Analyst to join our team.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in US Accounting principles and bookkeeping, with expertise in Netsuite software.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily/weekly bank data import and matching using Bank Feeds, Automated bank reconciliation rules setup, Investigate unmatched bank transactions and create missing GL entries.Import corporate card transactions into NetSuite, Map transactions to expense categories and departments/classes, Match credit card transactions to vendor bills, Monthly reconciliation of credit card statements to GL balances.Match payments with their orders, Adjust for variances - reviewing order totals against discounts, taxes, shipping, fees, etc., Reconcile Walmart, eBay, Home Depot EDI, Amazon Vendor Central transactions.Review and post adjusting journal entries, Reconcile balance sheet accounts during monthly and annual accounting period close in NetSuite.Match inventory receipts, vendor bills, and landed cost calculations, Resolve variances between purchase orders, item receipts, and bills, Ensure correct costing method.Develop saved searches for reconciliation workflows, Create dashboards for stakeholders, Generate KPI reports on AR aging, cash flow, chargebacks, and profitability by channel.
