The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, and handling inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly.Job DescriptionAs a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate person or department. You will also manage emails and correspondence related to front office activities, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms, and provide information and assistance to clients and visitors.Your role will involve working closely with our Information Technology & Business Shared Services team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
