Job Description: Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Mohali (Hybrid Schedule: Minimum 3 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, including Integration specialists, Salesforce experts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Architects, MLOps professionals, Technical Architects, Developers, Functional Consultants, and PM/BSAs.
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize various channels—job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals—to source high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future needs.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to attract top talent.
  • Potential for Leadership: Opportunity to transition into a Team Lead role after approximately one year, based on performance.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within U.S.-based IT consulting firms or agencies focused on Data and ERP solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT concepts with expertise in at least two technologies. Ability to handle basic technical questions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and stay updated with new technologies and recruiting best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Location Flexibility: Must be local to Mohali and willing to work from our office at least three days a week, with flexibility for additional days if needed.
