Company DescriptionPosition: PR Specialist – BFSI & IPO TeamExperience: 1–8 yearsLocation: Fort, MumbaiCompany: Leading PR AgencyAbout the RoleOur client, which is a leading PR agency, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PR Specialist to join our high-performing BFSI & IPO Communications Team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in financial communications, banking, insurance, capital markets, or IPO mandates, and is passionate about building strong narratives for brands in the financial ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic PR plans for clients in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI) and IPO-bound companies.Manage communication workflows for financial announcements, regulatory updates, and listing-related activities.Build and nurture strong media relationships across business, financial, and mainstream publications.Draft high-quality press releases, media pitches, Q&As, briefing documents, articles, and spokesperson messaging.Support IPO-related communication requirements including DRHP/DHRP messaging, announcement planning, and investor communication coordination.Monitor and analyse media coverage; prepare detailed reports and insights for clients.Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.Provide on-ground support for media events, press conferences, analyst meets, and listing ceremonies as required.Key Requirements1–8 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Financial Communications.Prior experience in BFSI communications or IPO/Capital Markets PR is mandatory.Strong understanding of financial terminology, regulatory environments, and media landscape.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
