Data Analyst and Machine Learning ExpertWe are seeking a skilled data analyst and machine learning expert to join our team. As a key member of our data science department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models that drive ad delivery efficiency and maximize campaign outcomes.You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to develop optimization strategies for ad delivery and establish KPIs, metrics, and monitoring dashboards.Using your expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development, you will perform tasks such as price optimization, CTR/CVR prediction, and creative performance analysis.With a strong focus on end-to-end ownership, you will conduct offline evaluations and simulations, followed by online deployment and A/B testing strategies.You will implement MLOps practices, including training/inference pipelines, drift detection, automated rollback, and governance for quality and privacy.Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills and business acumen to drive growth and innovation.Required Skills and Qualifications:Data Analysis and Machine Learning: Strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and programming languages (e.g., Python).Ad Delivery Optimization: Experience with optimization techniques, including linear programming, simulation-based modeling, and experimentation.Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data tools and technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS or GCP.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Others:This role is a great fit for those who enjoy working on complex problems, collaborating with others, and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
