The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure quality delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple modules and integrations.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications using Tricentis Tosca.- Identify, create, and maintain reusable Tosca modules for Salesforce Lightning and Classic UIs.- Automate Salesforce end-to-end business workflows, including integrations with third-party systems (APIs, middleware).- Collaborate with functional QA, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test coverage.- Execute automated regression and smoke test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines.- Maintain and troubleshoot automation scripts for any UI or API-level changes.- Prepare detailed test documentation, results, and defect reports.- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).Required Skills:- 3+ years of experience in test automation with Tricentis Tosca.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning components, Flows, etc.).- Experience with Tosca Salesforce Scan and handling dynamic Salesforce elements.- Knowledge of Tosca Commander, Test Case Design, Requirements, and Execution Lists.- Familiarity with API automation using Tosca or Postman.- Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
