Job TitleThe Treasury Management Professional oversees the company's global cash management, liquidity planning, investments, debt management, and banking relationships.Main Responsibilities:Cash & Liquidity Management:• Manage daily cash flow and forecast short- and long-term liquidity needs to ensure efficient repatriation of funds and foreign currency optimization.• Optimize working capital across regions and entities by implementing global cash pooling and intercompany funding strategies.Investment & Debt Management:• Monitor debt covenants, interest costs, and repayment schedules on a real-time basis to support informed M&A decisions.• Evaluate and execute investment strategies for surplus funds within approved risk parameters and manage corporate borrowings, including short-term loans, bonds, and credit facilities.Strategic Planning & Reporting:• Support in capital structure planning, M&A financing, and cash flow strategy to align with business objectives.• Prepare periodic treasury dashboards, liquidity reports, and risk analyses for leadership to inform strategic decision-making.Banking & Financial Relationships:• Manage and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, rating agencies, and financial institutions to secure favorable terms and conditions.• Negotiate credit lines, banking fees, and treasury service agreements to optimize financial performance.Treasury Operations & Controls:• Oversee treasury accounting, settlements, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.• Implement and maintain Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.Risk Management:• Establish policies to evaluate risk profiles of new clients and maintain awareness of changes to existing clients to minimize exposure to market risks.• Develop and execute hedging strategies as per company policy to mitigate foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.About This Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Treasury Management Professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
