We are looking for a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work on creating beautiful, high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality and scalable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design concepts into functional applications.
  • Integrate with backend services (RESTful APIs, WebSockets) and work on database integration.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify and fix bugs, improve application performance, and ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members if required.
  • Keep up-to-date with Flutter and mobile development trends, libraries, and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or in mobile app development.
  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter’s core principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase and other backend technologies.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with native development in iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps.
  • Knowledge of state management approaches (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).
  • Experience with popular libraries like Flutter Bloc, Dio, and Hive.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
