Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive professional to lead our finance operations.Drive timely and accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.Review and prepare financial statements in accordance with I-GAAP and IFRS/Ind-AS guidelines.Cultivate strong relationships with auditors and ensure seamless audit processes.Develop and maintain internal financial control procedures and standards.Ensure tax compliance, including direct and indirect taxation, GST compliances, and filing of returns and managing tax assessments/appeals.Oversee FEMA compliances as applicable.Monitor secretarial compliances.Analyze cash flow and create projections.Implement cost optimization initiatives.Contribute to financial planning and budgeting exercises.Proficient in accounting software and ERPs like Tally, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics.Key Skills:Chartered Accountant with 5 to 10 years post-qualification experience.Fluency in English.Exceptional multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines under pressure.High problem-solving and analytical skills.
