Job Title: Academic Guidance SpecialistWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Academic Guidance Specialist.The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with accurate information about courses, eligibility, and college life.The role involves building relationships with potential students, nurturing leads, and meeting enrollment targets to contribute to the college's growth.Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate information about the college's courses, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities.Counsel students and parents/ guardians about admission requirements, fees, and other related queries.Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings promptly.Manage leads through CRM systems and ensure follow-ups are completed effectively.Convert potential leads to applications by providing a personalized experience.Develop relationships with students, parents/ guardians to encourage interest in the college.Represent the college at education fairs, open houses, and school visits to increase brand visibility and interest.Assist students throughout the application process, including documentation and form completion.Coordinate with internal teams for the timely processing of applications and offer letters.Participate in webinars, seminars, and other promotional activities to engage with prospective students.Assist with organizing and conducting campus tours and information sessions.Maintain records of student inquiries and applications.Prepare regular reports to track progress towards enrollment targets.Qualifications & Skills Required:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.1-3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service (experience in the education sector preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Should be fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi and regional languages (preferred).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.Pleasant personalityPositive attitude and passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.Strong work ethic and target-driven mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Willingness to travel.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment that values education and student success.Professional development opportunities and a supportive work culture.
