We offer ease of business and growth opportunities to businesses across India’s backbone industries.What you’ll be doing:We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist with 4-5 years of hands-on total rewards experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. You will collaborate closely with PS business partners, finance, legal and senior management to design, implement, and administer compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate our employees.What will make you a good fit:Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources4-5 years experience working as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist/Analyst/Senior Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.Deep understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and regulatory requirements.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and draw meaningful insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding employee information; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
