Security Administrator Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.Handle day-to-day SAP Security help desk tickets, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Apply Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts to safeguard sensitive information and restrict unauthorized access.Provision SAP user accounts, creating, modifying, and deactivating them as needed.Communicate effectively with IT teams and business users regarding security issues, fostering collaboration and minimizing downtime.Coordinate collection and preparation of security data for audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop comprehensive documentation, including work instructions, policies, and procedures, to maintain a secure environment.Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, adhering to industry standards and best practices.Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.Perform security administration activities for Fiori tiles, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Required Skills & ExperienceTo excel in this role, you should possess:Strong customer service orientation, with excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.5–8 years of experience in SAP ECC Security, with familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Security.Knowledge of SAP user setup and provisioning, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Basic understanding of audit procedures, with strong analytical skills for problem-solving.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is a plus, as is experience working with Fiori.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including:A stimulating work environment that encourages growth and development.Ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and expertise.The opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success of our organization.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their profiles, including relevant experience and qualifications.
