Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect – Mobility DataOps Job Summary: The Senior Solutions Architect for Mobility DataOps role is the strategic designer of our ecosystem. This individual defines complex client requirements, data flows, and tool capabilities into clear workflows that power high-quality annotation, training, and delivery operations. As an architect of clarity, this person maps how data moves, configures tools, and executes workflows for stakeholders with confidence. Key responsibilities include designing technical architecture, ensuring workflow alignment, translating client requirements, partnering with teams, validating tools, creating documentation, monitoring performance, and proposing improvements. Translate client requirements into detailed workflows, schemas, annotation guidelines, and tool configurations. Partner with teams to ensure project setup aligns with human performance realities, throughput expectations, and scalable training models. Validate tools, data pipelines, and configuration logic pre-launch to eliminate blockers. Create clear and comprehensive documentation, workflow maps, SOPs, and technical enablement materials. Monitor workflow performance, identify gaps, and propose continuous improvements to optimize quality, efficiency, and scalability. This role requires a strong ability to translate technical requirements, excellent documentation skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
