This includes long-term financial planning and forecasting, risk management, and investment strategiesFinancial ReportingOversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements.Ensure the timely reporting of key financial data and updates to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.ComplianceEnsure legal and regulatory compliance across financial functions including taxation.Oversee internal audit and statutory audit processes across all portfolio companiesBoard Governance & Process ManagementWork closely with Company Secretary on board meeting processes including preparing presentations, board packs, documentation, and follow-up actions.Investor RelationsManage relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.Support in capital structuring, financial modeling, and planningLead the financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and evaluate the economics of strategic expansion prospects.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead and mentor the finance team and foster a culture of excellence.Collaborate with business and functional heads to align financial decisions with business goals.
