Should have skills/ability to lead a team on and off project and contribute to initiatives.ResponsibilitiesConduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solutionUnderstand how to work with technical team to build integrationHas skill set to write and debug Fast FormulasConfigure the system to match the business requirements and system designDemonstrate the solution in design playback sessionsCreate workbooks and documentation to support the system designBuild trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scopeTransfer product knowledge to the project team and to the client via knowledge transfer Qualifications6+ years of Oracle HCM Consulting experienceMinimum 5-Years of Oracle Global HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management end to end implementation experienceShould have completed 2-3 full implementation project in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Absence ManagementLead all workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and act as lead for Core HR and Absence Management ImplementationProvide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementationHave a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, and should be an excellent team playerAbility to effectively work with end-users remotelyHas excellent English spoken and written language communication skillsDocument solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud communityDisplay a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their abilityDisplay persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested Required SkillsWider experience of HR processes from a business contextExperience of other Oracle Cloud modules including Payroll Preferred SkillsLet me know if you have any questions.Pay range and compensation packageExperience - 6+ yearsShift - UK hoursNotice period - Immediate/15 daysLocation - Bangalore/Pune/Noida/RemoteContract basis - 6 months Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.```
