About the RoleThis OTM Techno-Functional position requires a candidate with strong knowledge of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations. Experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development is also crucial.Responsibilities:Leverage technical expertise to lead OTM upgrade efforts to version 6.5.3.Design and implement functional enhancements tailored to business needs, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations to ensure seamless integration.Ongoingly optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance for optimal outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and support ongoing operations, ensuring minimal disruption.Document solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer to team members.Essential Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of OTM experience, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles, with hands-on expertise in OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.Strong understanding of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations, as well as solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development.Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM, along with exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Background in logistics or supply chain is highly desirable.
