Job Description:As a Robotic Process Automation Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of RPA projects through all phases. This involves mobilisation, definition, development, and deployment.You will facilitate project management, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication planning.You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead several concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients.Establish and track milestones, coordinate meetings with client stakeholders, and manage project deliverables.Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate process definition, solution design, UAT, and deployment activities.Facilitate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Coordinate development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables.Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to avoid roadblocks.Provide regular weekly status updates to the client and Program Manager.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Management, or equivalent education and experience.Minimum 2 years of project management experience.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc).Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation.Leadership skills to inspire co-workers and pursue excellence.Ability to size and prioritise large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions.Benefits:Hiring now for immediate start.Competitive pay determined by level and experience.Healthcare, relocation, vacation, holidays benefits.Desired Characteristics in Candidates:Self-motivated and able to take initiative with minimum supervision.Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Highly motivated, organised, and methodical, but able to handle change.Analytical and proven problem-solving skills.High emotional IQ.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Demonstrated willingness to dive into details to guide projects to completion.Team orientation rather than individual contributor.Insatiable work ethic.
