We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a focus on SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing our online presence and achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Website Optimization: Track website traffic flow and continually optimize for enhanced user experience and engagement.
- Social Media Management: Design, build, and curate our social media presence, ensuring a consistent and impactful online brand representation.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against predefined goals, including ROI and KPIs.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Identify trends and insights, utilizing data to optimize spending and enhance overall campaign performance.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate closely with content marketing and design teams to craft compelling content tailored to each stage of the customer's digital journey.
- Asset Review and Optimization: Regularly review and optimize the design and content of online assets, including our company website and social media pages.
- Budget Management: Plan and control the digital marketing budget, strategically allocating resources across different channels for maximum impact.
- Experimentation and Testing: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to create engaging landing pages and continuously optimize the user experience.
- Analytical Insight: Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- User Analytics: Regularly monitor user analytics and leverage insights to drive strategies for securing downloads and improving customer engagement.
- Timely Execution: Ensure that all marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines, managing expectations with various stakeholders.
