Senior Financial Strategist Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive financial strategies, harmonizing them with organizational objectives.Creating annual budget plans, forecasts, and long-term financial projections to drive business success.Ensuring meticulous accounting practices adhere to applicable standards (Ind AS/IFRS).Leading compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, Income Tax, RERA, and other regulatory necessities.Finalizing Balance Sheets and verifying adherence to all relevant statutory obligations.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with business goals. Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections.Accounting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to Ind AS/IFRS standards. Oversee compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, Income Tax, RERA, and other regulatory necessities.Balanced Sheets and Regulatory Compliance: Finalize Balanced Sheets and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory obligations.Requirements:Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management. Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
