Job Opportunity: Clinical Evaluation SpecialistRole Overview: We are seeking a skilled clinical evaluation specialist to conduct thorough patient assessments, document findings, and develop individualized care plans. This is a dynamic role that requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking and physical examinations. Develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Order and interpret laboratory, radiological, and hemodynamic investigations as required. Prescribe medications and order blood transfusions under supervision. Requirements: Essential Skills: Proven ability to conduct thorough patient evaluations and document findings accurately. Proficiency in performing and interpreting ECGs, echocardiography, laboratory, and radiology results. Experience in managing critically ill patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact empathetically with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Preferred Qualifications: Current certification or registration in a relevant healthcare profession (e.g., nursing, medicine). Postgraduate qualifications in a related field (e.g., cardiology, critical care). Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment.
