Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Loan Process Coordinator to provide administrative support and assist in the processing of mortgage loans.This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in loan processing.Key Responsibilities:To deliver exceptional customer service, handle incoming calls, respond to loan inquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve issues efficiently.To manage loan files from initial application through to formal approval, overseeing the workflow of new and existing deals.To analyze client financial documentation, assess documents against policy standards, research lender requirements, manage compliance, prepare loan applications, and produce accurate reports.To maintain secure digital files, organizing and updating information in line with confidentiality procedures.To collaborate with colleagues to deliver timely financial reports and compliance documentation.Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a loan processor, servicing the Australian market.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).Attention to Detail: Strong attention to accuracy and detail, especially in document preparation and data entry.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
