India Recruitment Specialist - Civil Engineering & ArchitectureWe are seeking a skilled professional with a background in civil engineering or architecture to join our recruitment team as an India Recruitment Specialist.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Main Responsibilities:Source and screen candidates for civil engineering and architecture positions in India.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, resume screening, and offer coordination.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.Requirements & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in engineering/architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering and architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using various channels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.Preferred: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.About This Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced recruitment specialist to join our team and make a real impact.
