> Define the Digital Solution for Process and Architectural transformation> Assure the realization of benefits from technology simplification, standardization, and modernization> Keep track and enforce the Solution Roadmaps> Develop guidelines in the technology area of responsibility> Define or assist defining the technology strategy in concert with Corporate & Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives> Work with Technology architects to setup strong solutions solving business problems> Approve, review, and define the technical reference architectures and standards, collaborating with Capabilities and Strategy> Develop systems designs requiring or introducing new technologies, in partnership with Technology architects and Capability leaders > Empower Technology and Engineering teams to take decisions and create a framework for minimum oversight and maximum governance > Bachelor's Degree in information management, computer systems, information technology, or similar> minimum of 8 years of experience in Software and Digital Technology> Minimum of 3 years of experience with technology and process transformation, applications and security processes and solutions> minimum of 5 years of experience in developer role in Python, Node.JS or similar web technologies > thorough understanding of Alogrithms, datastructures, OOP and Design Patterns> Expert knowledge and experience designing solutions, creating reference architectures and blueprints in some pf the areas specified below and strong background in the remaining areas\: Applications\: Data Architecture, Platform Architecture, Application and data integration Workplace\: Digital Workplace, Unified Communications Security\: Encryption and Data Protection, Platform Security, Privacy
