This position focuses on backend engineering, with some involvement in artificial intelligence.Create scalable APIs and services for multi-user applications.Implement user authentication, authorization, and session management.Design endpoints that interact with AI models and process their responses.Integrate vector databases for basic search and retrieval.Build microservices, containerize them using Docker, and ensure seamless integration.Support real-time workflows through event-driven architecture.Collaborate with SAP integration experts to connect our system with SAP APIs and IDocs.Strong skills in Python or Java backend development.Experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Spring Boot.Understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, sessions).Familiarity with Docker and microservices.Basic knowledge of interacting with large language models via API calls.Some experience with vector databases (storing and querying embeddings).Conceptual understanding of transformers.
