Job OverviewAs a seasoned expert in HR solutions, we are seeking an individual with extensive knowledge in the Time Off module of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to fill a key role.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in configuration, implementation, and end-to-end support for global HR environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and ongoing support of the SAP SuccessFactors EC – Time Off module.Configure time types, absence quotas, accrual rules, and leave workflows in compliance with statutory and company-specific leave policies across geographies.Integrate the Time Off module with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Payroll, Manager/Employee Self-Service, and Workflows.Provide training and comprehensive documentation to business users.Required Skills:Strong understanding of the Time Off module in SAP SuccessFactors EC.Expertise in configuration, implementation, and end-to-end support for global HR environments.Knowledge of statutory and company-specific leave policies.Ability to integrate with other SuccessFactors modules.Excellent communication and training skills.
