Job Title: SAP Data Migration ConsultantDescription:As a seasoned professional in SAP data migration, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end migration from ECC to S/4HANA. Your expertise will be instrumental in planning, designing, executing, and validating all data migration activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the migration process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and validation of all data migration activities.Utilize SAP migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, LTMC, and LTMOM to drive the migration process forward.Collaborate closely with business and functional teams to gather data requirements and mapping logic, ensuring a thorough understanding of the client's needs.Develop migration templates, extraction rules, cleansing logic, and transformation frameworks that meet the client's specific requirements.Ensure data validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.Support mock runs, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities, providing expert guidance and technical support as needed.Identify and resolve defects, optimize migration processes, and implement best practices to ensure a successful migration.Required Skills:Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP data migration, with a strong focus on ECC to S/4HANA migrations.Hands-on experience with SAP migration tools, including LTMC, LTMOM, BODS, and LSMW.Excellent knowledge of master data, transactional data, and related objects, with a deep understanding of SAP systems and architecture.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation is highly desirable.Benefits:As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, opportunities for career growth and development, and a dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.Why Join Our Team:We are seeking talented professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact.
