Job SummaryAs a seasoned application management professional, we seek an accomplished Microsoft Intune consultant to join our organization.About the RoleThis critical position requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in application deployment and management. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows operating systems, and file system management.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of installed applications across the environment, compile comprehensive inventory reports, and analyze discovered apps to identify actively used applications.Identify unmanaged, duplicate, or obsolete applications, assess their compatibility for Windows 11 and Intune deployment, and facilitate user acceptance testing and certification processes.Create and maintain custom installation scripts or wrappers, package complex technology service applications, and import packaged applications into AdminStudio catalog and stage for Intune assignment.Perform core application updates, AP testing, FOMS patching, oversee deployments, generate deployment reports, and maintain documentation on packaging process and versioning.Periodically review, clean up unused applications, and maintain application ownership documentation.RequirementsHands-on experience with .msi packages, creating silent wrappers for COTS and LOB applications.Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and IntuneWin package formats.Strong scripting skills in PowerShell.Solid knowledge of Intune, SCCM, application deployment domain, Windows operating system, file system, registry, services, and related components.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Clear understanding of end-to-end Application Lifecycle Management processes.What We OfferA dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and solutions.A competitive compensation and benefits package.Ongoing training and support to ensure success in your role.
