Job Title: Customer Experience ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Manager to lead our end-to-end order fulfilment cycle. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills.Oversee the entire order process from placement to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of customer queries.Compile data and drive successful closure of customer-related issues and tickets on time, leveraging problem-solving skills to handle escalations diplomatically.Forge strong relationships with warehouse and delivery partners to guarantee SLA adherence and proactively resolve delivery-related concerns.Monitor shipments, identify bottlenecks, and apply analytical thinking to optimize delivery processes.Key Skills & Competencies:Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in CRM/ticketing systems.Additional Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking key performance indicators, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
