Job Summary:

This dual-role position focuses on recruiting top-tier sales talent for the US market and marketing IT consultants for project placements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US job market, sales recruitment strategies, and IT bench sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:For US Sales Hiring:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct pre-screening to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and negotiating offers.
  • Ensure compliance with US employment laws and best hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future sales hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions in the US.
For Bench Sales Recruitment:
  • Market IT consultants (W2, H1B, EAD, OPT, GC, and Citizens) on the bench to potential clients and vendors for project placements.
  • Maintain relationships with tier-1 vendors and direct clients to generate job requirements.
  • Leverage job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn to identify opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract terms, billing rates, and roles with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for placed consultants and follow up during the engagement.
  • Stay informed about IT trends and US visa regulations impacting the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales recruitment and bench sales marketing, preferably in the US market.
  • In-depth knowledge of US employment laws, hiring practices, and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, Green Card).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, CRM tools, and job boards for sourcing and placement.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical knowledge of IT concepts and terminologies is a plus.
