Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Creative Design Lead with a passion for design innovation, creativity, and user-centric solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience, a proven track record working with North American clients, and a deep understanding of digital marketing, product design, and UI/UX principles.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Creative Leadership: Inspire and guide the design team to produce exceptional visual and digital content aligned with client goals.
- Client Collaboration: Work directly with North America clients to understand their vision, goals, and brand identity. Ensure timely delivery of designs that exceed client expectations and maintain high standards of quality.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Create impactful digital campaign creatives and oversee video content production.
- UI/UX Design: Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless experiences, leveraging user research and testing.
- Experience with Product Design: Lead the design of innovative and functional product solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals.
- Process Optimization: Enhance workflows and stay updated on trends and technologies to deliver relevant, impactful designs.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 10+ years in creative design, with a portfolio showcasing work for North American clients.
- Expertise in digital marketing design, video editing, and UI/UX.
- Proven product design experience and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma or similar tools).
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
- Intuitive and forward-thinking design approach, with the ability to anticipate client and user needs.
- Familiarity with design trends, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
- A strong understanding of North American market trends and consumer behaviors.
