About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is critical in building a strong, insightful content base for our news app. This role will be responsible for conducting in-depth research across various sources, gathering and analyzing information, and assisting our content writers in curating and generating relevant news articles.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research on trends, news, and innovations across various fields from reliable sources, including online publications, journals, industry reports, and other media.
Stay up-to-date on developments, regulations, and key players to provide timely and relevant content suggestions.
Collaborate with news writers to brainstorm, outline, and fact-check content, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Curate relevant news stories, insights, and data, creating a structured flow of ideas for content generation.
Monitor and analyze trends to anticipate emerging topics and ensure content is relevant and engaging.
Work closely with editorial and content teams to develop a content calendar based on researched information and identified gaps.
Maintain a repository of sources, contacts, and research materials for future reference.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field with strong research skills.
Ability to synthesize information from diverse sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Prior experience in research or content curation is preferred but not mandatory.
