Field Marketing Manager(Ed-Tech)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development and Execution
- Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns that support corporate initiatives and drive customer engagement and sales within the region.
- Adapt national/global marketing programs and materials for the local market, ensuring they are relevant and resonate with regional audiences.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
2. Event Planning and Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person events such as trade shows, conferences, product demos, and community outreach programs.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
- Monitor event success, analyze feedback, and optimize future events for better ROI.
3. Sales Enablement and Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop localized marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, case studies) and ensure sales teams are equipped with the tools needed for success.
- Provide training to the sales team on regional marketing strategies, programs, and tools.
- Ensure sales and marketing teams work cohesively to generate leads and close sales in the field.
4. Market Research and Analysis
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities in your assigned region.
- Analyze the performance of field marketing programs, events, and campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to senior marketing leadership on local market conditions, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
5. Brand Advocacy and Community Engagement
- Represent the company at local events and in the community, acting as a brand ambassador to build relationships and generate buzz.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local influencers, media, and business partners to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
6. Budget Management and Reporting
- Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve campaign goals.
- Track marketing expenses and report on ROI and KPIs to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other marketing teams (e.g., content, digital, product, and creative) to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to execute campaigns and events effectively.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring regional marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with sales teams to drive lead generation and sales conversion in the field.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and event management software is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve campaigns.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
