Design Manager- US Role Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to oversee all aspects of our design and creative output. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to lead a team of Interior Designers and 3D Visualizers in delivering high-quality designs and drawings that meet client expectations.Job DescriptionAs a Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning of layouts, concept designing of interior fit-outs of commercial & residential spaces, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning of Layout, Concept Designing of Interior Fit-outs of Commercial & Residential Spaces within defined timelinesManaging a team of Interior Designers and 3D Visualizers to deliver drawings and designs as per client Requirement and BudgetUnderstanding Client's requirement, Client Engagement & Handling of Project from start to end, Coordination with internal Procurement Team & Site Execution Team for Smooth Functioning of ProjectSelection of Material Finishes to be used/applied & Approval of same from ClientMaking of various schedules for a project like furniture, general & decorative light fixtures, carpets, etc.Coordination with Graphic Designers for Creation of Wallpaper Designs & other Graphic Design Elements as per Client's requirement & feedbackKnowledge of Working Drawings/Technical Drawings & Co-ordination of same at site for executionRequired Skills and Qualifications4+ years in designing corporate & residential spaces. Knowledge about interior elements and building structureStrong Design senseWell versed with design codes followed in the different states of USAStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirement and goalsTrack record of delivering outstanding high quality design, leading teams on high profile projectsExcellent interpersonal skills.
