This is a part-time, flexible opportunity for a driven professional who can effectively communicate the value of integrated ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions to prospective clients.About The RoleOverviewThis role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities across target industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare, education, and professional services.The successful candidate will conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales meetings showcasing XeERP, XeCRM, and XeHRM capabilities.You will build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.Collaboration with the implementation team is essential to ensure smooth client onboarding.RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have:Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in ERP, CRM, or HRM solutionsStrong ERP domain expertise with deep understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, and business workflow modulesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients across multiple industriesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentExisting network of contacts in target industries is a plusCompensation and BenefitsThis is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed salary.Competitive commission rates on all closed deals and recurring commission on subscription renewals make this an attractive opportunity for sales professionals who are self-motivated and results-driven.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industriesConduct product demonstrations and consultative sales meetingsBuild and maintain a robust sales pipelineNegotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targetsCollaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboardingOur ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about helping businesses succeed through the power of technology.
