Role Overview

Technical Project Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical execution and client engagement. This position requires a highly skilled individual who can manage technical projects while effectively communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Software architecture and technical project management, with a strong emphasis on both technical expertise and client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Architecture Design and oversee the architectural framework for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Project Management Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, adhering to project management best practices.
  • Client Meetings Conduct regular client meetings to discuss project progress, gather requirements, and address concerns as per the required cadence.
  • Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Technical Documentation Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the technical team.
  • Quality Assurance Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Risk Management and Mitigation - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Technical Expertise Extensive experience in software architecture, design patterns, and development frameworks.
  • Client Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in managing client relationships
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Problem-Solving Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification; TOGAF or equivalent architectural certification preferred

Technical Stack

  • Programming and Cloud Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Database Management Proficiency in database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
  • APIs and Integration Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and microservices architecture.

Personal Attributes

  • Industry Experience Experience in BFSI, Healthcare Preferred
  • Self-starter and Proactive Takes initiative and is able to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
  • Multilingual Proficiency in multiple languages for global client interactions is an advantage .
  • Adaptable Flexible Adaptable Flexible and able to manage changing priorities and project requirements

Collaborative Works well in a team environment and can build strong relationships with stakeholders.
