Mature Platform Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester to join our team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mature inspection management platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for testing new features across web and mobile applications, maintaining test automation, and championing quality throughout the development lifecycle. Test new features in Rails MVC web application and mobile apps Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution Perform regression testing for releases and hotfixes Validate user workflow, data gathering and quality reports Ensure cross-browser and responsive design compatibility Verify data integrity across inspection workflows In this role, you will have the opportunity to set up test automation frameworks from scratch, configure test environments independently, and maintain existing automated test suites. You will also work closely with developers and support teams to ensure that all features meet the highest standards of quality. To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think like both a developer and an end-user. You must also be proactive about testing edge cases and integration points, and have a quality ownership mentality. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of software testing experience in web applications, with a proven track record of setting up or maintaining test suites. They will also have experience with manual testing, API testing, and test environment provisioning.
