Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager Human Resources role located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. This role will involve working on-site to support the HR needs of the organization.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, onboarding, and training skills
- Performance management and employee relations expertise
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with HRIS and HR software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Onboarding and Induction:
Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization.
Conduct induction sessions to familiarize employees with company culture, policies, and processes.
Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:
Plan and coordinate team-building activities and events to foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.
Develop and implement initiatives to monitor and improve employee satisfaction and well-being.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Learning and Development (L&D):
Coordinate with external training providers and manage training schedules.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
Rewards and Recognition:
Develop and implement employee reward and recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding contributions.
Ensure fair and transparent processes for team rewards.
HRMS and Process Management:
Maintain and update the HRMS to ensure accurate employee records.
Streamline HR processes and leverage technology for efficiency.
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making.
